Q1.  What makes you different from other resume services?

A1.  First, we specialize in writing resumes for military transitioners and veterans so we’ve gained an incredible amount of expertise and understanding in what works and what doesn’t.  Second, our writers are highly experienced and knowledgeable professionals who thoroughly understand the military culture, transition process, and civilian job market.  Third, we don’t play games – we feature our writers and pricing on our website (have you noticed how many services don’t do this?).

Q2.  Do you offer any sort of guarantee?

A2.  We offer a 100% no-questions-asked refund, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of products we provide.  Because we involve the client in a draft review process, the final outcome is nearly always outstanding.

Q3.  What information do you need, and how do I provide it?

A3.  We have an online survey that clients access through their Client Account Panel.  Its our way of interviewing you, and was designed for the benefit of deployed members who may not have ready access to records.  In most cases, if you do a good job with the survey, it is all we’ll need.  If your writer requires any additional information or clarification, he or she will simply ask you.  If you intend to apply for a civil service federal position, there are three sets of supporting documents we request in addition to your completed survey.  These are your VMET (Verification of Military Education and Training), the last 10 years of evaluations, and any personal award write-ups.  Supporting documents may be uploaded at the end of your online survey, or faxed in to our offices.
