Guarantee Terms
Our client engagement process and Guarantee of Satisfaction terms are provided for the benefit of our deserving clients. Specifically:
1. Our writing process directly involves the client by presenting a draft resume for review. Any changes to the draft shall be communicated to the assigned writer, who will make the requested modifications.
2. If the writer believes the changes being requested are inconsistent with a quality resume, the writer will explain the reasons to the client, who will then make a final decision. The writer will produce the final resume, based on the client’s inputs.
3. The final resume will be uploaded to the client’s account for ready access. Upon upload, the final resume is considered “accepted” by the client. The client may then contact the writer to work on additional requirements from his/her package.
4. If the client, for any reason, desires a refund, MilitaryResumes.org will convert the package deal, to individually priced products, in order to refund any products which have not yet been created. Any products that have been uploaded to a client’s account are considered final versions based on the client’s acceptance per paragraph 2 above, and therefore, are not refundable.
5. MilitaryResumes.org DOES NOT guarantee in any way that a client will receive interviews or job offers, since much of this is up to the individual job seeker’s own efforts. In other words, a solid resume can be rendered useless, if it is not properly utilized and/or the job seeker does not proactively pursue job opportunities.
