Our Process

EASY as 1-2-3!

Step 1.  Select Your Resume Package.

Go to the Resume Deals page, and select the package that best suits your career transition needs.  Don’t forget to add any of the Value Add-Ons to enhance your package as required.

While you are processing your Resume Package order, you are also establishing your online Client Account.  Your email address will serve as your username, and you will designate a password for your account.

Step 2.  Complete Your Online Survey.

Log in to your account by clicking the Client Login button located top right of this page.  Once logged in, complete your online survey.  This is our way of interviewing you, so that we understand your background and your career transition objectives.  Give yourself about 60 minutes to complete your survey.

If you intend to apply for a federal civil service positions, we require that you upload three sets of supporting documents – the last 10 years of your evaluations, your VMET (Verification of Military Education and Training), and any personal awards write-ups.  If you are unable to upload these documents, they may also be faxed to 815-301-5511.

Step 3.  Review Your Draft Resume.

As you complete your online survey, the last step is to request assignment of a writer.  Your writer will be assigned within 24 to 48 hours, and will email you an introduction.  If there is any missing information in your survey, or any clarification of information is needed, your writer will simply ask.  An initial draft resume will be available for review normally within 7 business days, depending on workloads.

Continue working with your assigned writer to complete any remaining products in your package.  You have up to 6 months from your separation or retirement date to use your entire package.
